  • 8 tbsp paprika Choose a high-quality brand.
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika Adds subtle smokiness; use regular if unavailable.
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano Can substitute with dried thyme or basil.
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt Or use sea salt or table salt if preferred.
  • 2 tsp ground coriander

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ground spices. Whisk them together thoroughly to ensure an even flavor distribution.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning according to your preference, adding more salt or cayenne pepper as desired.

Notes

Store the seasoning in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months. Feel free to experiment with adding additional spices or substituting ingredients based on your preference.
