- In a glass jar or well-sealing container, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and Golden Mountain or Maggi seasoning.
- If including sugar, mix it in a small heat-proof bowl with a splash of hot water until fully dissolved.
- Pour the dissolved sugar into the other ingredients in the jar and stir with a spoon or shake lightly.
- Taste the sauce and adjust flavors as needed.
- Seal the jar and store in the fridge. The sauce will be good for about two weeks.
- Use about 1 tablespoon of the sauce per serving of stir-fry.
