Method
Brewing the Coffee
- Combine the Thai coffee powder with 3/4 cup of hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Mixing Glass
- While your coffee brews, grab a mixing glass and add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Strain and Combine
- Once the coffee has steeped, strain or filter it into the mixing glass containing the condensed milk mixture.
- Stir well until the condensed milk and sugar are fully dissolved.
Serve
- Fill a 16 oz serving glass completely with ice, then pour the coffee over the ice.
- Drizzle the evaporated milk on top and mix before sipping.
Adjust Sweetness
- If the coffee needs more sweetness, dissolve sugar or condensed milk in warm water before adding.
Notes
For a fun touch, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder. Brew extra coffee for iced lattes or desserts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, best consumed within 1-2 days.
