Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 3 Tbsp Thai coffee powder Use high-quality dark roast for bold flavor.
  • 3/4 cup off-the-boil water Maintain temperature just below boiling.
Sweetening and Creaming Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk Use a trusted brand like 'Carnation' or 'Eagle Brand.'
  • 2 tsp sugar Adjust based on desired sweetness.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor.
  • 2-3 Tbsp evaporated milk Adjust for creaminess preference.
For Serving
  • a lot of ice crushed ice Ideal for quick chilling.

Method
 

Brewing the Coffee
  1. Combine the Thai coffee powder with 3/4 cup of hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Mixing Glass
  1. While your coffee brews, grab a mixing glass and add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Strain and Combine
  1. Once the coffee has steeped, strain or filter it into the mixing glass containing the condensed milk mixture.
  2. Stir well until the condensed milk and sugar are fully dissolved.
Serve
  1. Fill a 16 oz serving glass completely with ice, then pour the coffee over the ice.
  2. Drizzle the evaporated milk on top and mix before sipping.
Adjust Sweetness
  1. If the coffee needs more sweetness, dissolve sugar or condensed milk in warm water before adding.

Notes

For a fun touch, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder. Brew extra coffee for iced lattes or desserts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, best consumed within 1-2 days.
