Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into thin pieces, about ½ inch thick, and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and honey until smooth.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture generously on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, assemble the bruschetta just before serving. You can prepare the ricotta mixture and baguette slices ahead of time.
