Preparation
  1. Prepare the Glasses: Set out two small plates. Drizzle caramel sauce onto one plate and sprinkle kosher salt onto the second.

  3. Mix the Cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the apple cider and caramel vodka, then shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain and Serve: Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
