  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 large lemons, freshly squeezed) Freshly squeezed is ideal, but bottled lemon juice works in a pinch.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries These add flavor and chill the drink.
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups ice cubes The more, the merrier—who likes a lukewarm drink?

Preparation
  1. To a blender, add lemon juice, granulated sugar, frozen raspberries, and water. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is smooth and icy.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as needed.
  4. Pour the Raspberry Lemonade into glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and frozen raspberries.
  5. Enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. You can prepare the lemonade base a day in advance and add ice when ready to serve.
