Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the edges.
Mixing the Brownie Batter
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the eggs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Baking and Assembly
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool at room temperature.
- Once cool, spoon the peanut butter mousse over the top and spread into an even layer.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup, chopped peanuts, and melted peanut butter.
