  • 1/4 cup Hale’s Blue Boy sala flavored syrup Key to achieving distinctive Thai flavor. Look for other sala-flavored syrups online or at local Asian markets.
  • 3 cups crushed ice Freshly crushed for a frosty texture.
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk Optional; drizzle on top for extra creaminess and beautiful presentation.

Preparation
  1. Pour 2 cups of milk into a large jug or container.
  2. Carefully pour 1/4 cup of Hale’s Blue Boy sala syrup into the milk.
  3. Stir the milk and syrup thoroughly until the color is a lovely, even pink.
  4. Fill your favorite glasses with 3 cups of crushed ice.
  5. Gently pour the pink milk mixture over the ice-filled glasses.
  6. If desired, drizzle with evaporated milk on top of each drink.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
