Wrap Components
  • 4 leaves Romaine Leaves Choose intact, fresh leaves for crunch.
  • 1 tablespoon Mayo Use good quality mayo like Hellmann's.
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Dijon Mustard Use a vegan honey substitute if needed.
  • 4 slices Turkey Breast Recommended: Boar’s Head turkey.
  • 1 slice Havarti Cheese Substitute with meltable vegan cheese if dairy-free.
  • 3 slices Pickles Dill pickles give a zesty kick.
  • to taste Pickled Red Onions Available at the store or homemade.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay out a large piece of parchment paper on a cutting board.
  2. In the center of the parchment, layer the romaine leaves, slightly overlapping.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the mayo and Sriracha; whip until well combined, and spread onto each lettuce leaf.
  4. Add the Honey Dijon mustard on top of the mayo and Sriracha.
  5. Layer turkey slices, Havarti cheese, pickles, and pickled onions in the center of the leaves.
  6. Rotate the parchment paper 90 degrees and gently roll the lettuce up, tucking the filling inside.
  7. Twist each end of the parchment paper to seal the contents.
  8. Cut the wrap in half with a sharp knife and serve.

Notes

Store any leftovers without sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a delicious presentation, arrange on a colorful platter with lime wedges.
