Preparation
- Lay out a large piece of parchment paper on a cutting board.
- In the center of the parchment, layer the romaine leaves, slightly overlapping.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayo and Sriracha; whip until well combined, and spread onto each lettuce leaf.
- Add the Honey Dijon mustard on top of the mayo and Sriracha.
- Layer turkey slices, Havarti cheese, pickles, and pickled onions in the center of the leaves.
- Rotate the parchment paper 90 degrees and gently roll the lettuce up, tucking the filling inside.
- Twist each end of the parchment paper to seal the contents.
- Cut the wrap in half with a sharp knife and serve.
Notes
Store any leftovers without sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a delicious presentation, arrange on a colorful platter with lime wedges.
