  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year.
Making Hot Cocoa
  1. To make a cup of hot cocoa, measure 1/4 cup of the hot cocoa mix into a glass mug.
  2. Pour 1 cup of hot water or milk over the mix, ensuring it is hot but not boiling (about 180°F).
  3. Stir until the powder has dissolved and is smooth.
