  1. Gather your ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust: add more honey for sweetness or vinegar for tang.
  5. Use the dressing immediately or refrigerate for up to five days.
  6. If refrigerated, let it come to room temperature and shake again before using.

Notes

Store leftovers in a glass jar and label with the date. If your dressing is too thick, thin out with water or more vinegar.
