- Pour the warmed peanut butter evenly over the pressed dates, gently spreading it with a spoon.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, place the 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and microwave on medium power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and melted (about 1-2 minutes total).
- Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the peanut butter and date layer, smoothing it out with a spoon.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts over the chocolate and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Chilling and Serving
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for about 1-2 hours, or until the bark is firm to the touch.
