Preparation
- Rinse the cabbage under cold water, cut it in half, remove the core, and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
Cooking
- Heat ½ tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted but still retains some crunch.
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, tossing everything together for 1 more minute until well combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, consider a splash of sesame oil or sesame seeds on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
