Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with the Salute seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Melt 2 tbsp of butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken thighs for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt another 2 tbsp of butter.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Stir in the flour, cooking and stirring for about 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in the chicken broth while stirring until it begins to thicken.
- Add the heavy cream, stirring well to combine.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese; continue stirring until it melts.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over each piece.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh dill and extra cheese before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave.
