  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional) These add delightful texture and a chocolatey kick.

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out for an easier blending process.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, banana (if using), and protein powder to a food processor.
  3. Process for about 30 seconds until you achieve a creamy, mousse-like texture.
  4. Taste the pudding and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Spoon the pudding into two serving bowls and add chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store leftover pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be made up to 2 days in advance.
