- Process for about 30 seconds until you achieve a creamy, mousse-like texture.
- Taste the pudding and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Spoon the pudding into two serving bowls and add chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips on top.
- Enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Notes
Store leftover pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be made up to 2 days in advance.
