  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds brightness to the sauce.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is best for flavor.

Preparation
  1. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Set aside for about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium heat.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Cook the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Let them rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Assembling the Bowls
  1. Start by adding a generous serving of cooked rice to each bowl. Top with sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
