- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Set aside for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium heat.
Cooking the Chicken
- Cook the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Let them rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
Making the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Assembling the Bowls
- Start by adding a generous serving of cooked rice to each bowl. Top with sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
