Preparation
- Crush two candy canes in a plastic bag or between two sheets of plastic wrap.
- Spread the crushed candy canes on a small plate.
- Rim the edges of each martini glass with agave syrup and dip into the crushed candy canes.
Mixing
- Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice.
- Add half & half, peppermint schnapps, vanilla vodka, and agave syrup (if using).
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until frosty.
Serving
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glasses.
- Garnish each drink with a candy cane.
Notes
Chill martini glasses in the freezer for a frosty touch. Keep leftover mix for up to 48 hours in the fridge.
