  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Consider Sri Lanka cinnamon for superior flavor.

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and a cocktail shaker. Allow your apple cider to come to room temperature for a richer flavor.
  2. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice until it’s about halfway full.
  3. Pour in the apple cider, vodka, Triple Sec, maple syrup, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Secure the lid on your shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  6. If desired, add a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best taste. Chill your martini glasses beforehand. Experiment with flavors, such as adding a splash of sparkling water or ginger beer. Store leftover mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days (without ice).
