  • 2 teaspoons oil Use avocado oil for a high smoke point or extra virgin olive oil for robust flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced for a lovely aroma.
  • 1 pinch salt To taste, use sea salt or kosher salt.
  • dry oregano To taste, can swap for favorite herbs like thyme or rosemary.
  • feta or yogurt sauce For a topping after roasting.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Remove the stems and leaves from the radishes and trim off the root ends, slicing each radish in half lengthwise.
  2. In a mixing bowl, drizzle the oil over the halved radishes, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and oregano. Mix everything well to ensure even coating.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. Once golden brown and crispy, remove the radishes and let them cool slightly.
  3. Serve hot with crumbled feta or a yogurt sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak radishes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
