Preparation
- Remove the stems and leaves from the radishes and trim off the root ends, slicing each radish in half lengthwise.
- In a mixing bowl, drizzle the oil over the halved radishes, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and oregano. Mix everything well to ensure even coating.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove the radishes and let them cool slightly.
- Serve hot with crumbled feta or a yogurt sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak radishes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
