- Remove the biscuits from the can and gently separate each into two layers. Press each layer into a flat 4-inch circle, yielding 16 circles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of Nutella into the center of each circle, carefully avoiding overfilling.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit circles towards the center and pinch firmly to seal them, shaping them into balls.
- Brush the tops and bottoms of each bomb with melted unsalted butter for a golden finish.
Cooking
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the bombs in a single layer, ensuring about 2 inches of space between each.
- Air fry at 330°F for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown, keeping a close eye during the last minute to prevent burning.
- Let the bombs cool slightly before dusting with confectioners’ sugar.
