Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grand biscuits (8-count, not flaky layers) Use the regular variety for best texture.
  • 1 cup Nutella High-quality Nutella is recommended for rich filling.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Unsalted preferred for better flavor control.
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar For dusting before serving.

Method

Preparation
  1. Remove the biscuits from the can and gently separate each into two layers. Press each layer into a flat 4-inch circle, yielding 16 circles.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of Nutella into the center of each circle, carefully avoiding overfilling.
  3. Fold the edges of the biscuit circles towards the center and pinch firmly to seal them, shaping them into balls.
  4. Brush the tops and bottoms of each bomb with melted unsalted butter for a golden finish.
Cooking
  1. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the bombs in a single layer, ensuring about 2 inches of space between each.
  2. Air fry at 330°F for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown, keeping a close eye during the last minute to prevent burning.
  3. Let the bombs cool slightly before dusting with confectioners’ sugar.

Notes

These bombs are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days. Options for customization include different fillings such as peanut butter or jam.
